When will ASVPN be available?

ASVPN is currently under App Store review. We expect to launch very soon. Check back for updates!

How do I connect to the VPN?

Once available, open the ASVPN app, select a server location, and tap the connect button. You may be asked to allow VPN configurations the first time you connect.

Does ASVPN keep logs?

No. ASVPN is a strict no-logs VPN. We do not monitor, record, or store any of your browsing activity, IP addresses, or connection timestamps. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Which devices are supported?

ASVPN is designed for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 15.0 or later.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device, find ASVPN, and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your ASVPN purchase, and request a refund.
